Global Digital Marketing Group LLC Service also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

Proper Use
The customer agrees to inform Global Digital Marketing Group LLC about any issue that concerns our company before taking any kind of legal action against us. Instead the customer agrees to try to communicate his problem and try to solve it by a settlement between us and the client.

Your Intellectual Property Rights
Global Digital Marketing Group LLC does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video, or other material, that you upload, transmit or store in our data base. We will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you with our services.

Representations and Warranties

Our projects are completed in 30-180 Days and our payment is either on a post paid success basis or the online reviews software is prepaid.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to Force Majeure, which shall mean acts of God, earthquake, labor disputes, changes in law, regulation or government policy, riots, war, fire, flood, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, epidemics, acts or omissions of vendors or suppliers, transportation difficulties, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed. We are not responsible for server downtime under any circumstances.

Indemnification
You will indemnify us and hold us harmless, including our parent organization, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless, including costs, fees, damages and reasonable attorney’s fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our tools or services and or any action you have taken relating to your use of our Web Site and the related tools and services published or available there from. The arbitration process will warrant the money returned to be limited to the amount paid to the said client.

Terms and Conditions
No refunds shall be given by Global Digital Marketing Group LLC or any other party, for any amounts paid for services, including without limitation, any service charges or fees unless the services can be proven to be incomplete as agreed in the agreement between you and Global Digital Marketing Group LLC. Global Digital Marketing Group LLC will consider each customer complaint on a case by case basis and reserves the right to decide on a case by case basis as to the validity of the refund request or denial thereof.
